As a Commercial Sales or Marketing Graduate at North Technology Group, you will have the opportunity to work with both the Commercial and Sales Team, as well as the Marketing Team. This will provide you with a range of exciting responsibilities that will develop your skills and expertise in the industry.
Working with the COMMERCIAL AND Sales Team
Develop Your Understanding: Immerse yourself in our diverse product and service offerings, gaining in-depth knowledge about cutting-edge technology, sustainable solutions, and our market position.
Sales Process Support and Contractual Negotiations: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team on various opportunities, honing your commercial acumen while actively participating in negotiations with lead salespersons. This will provide valuable insights into the complexities of the sales process and contract management.
Sales and Marketing Tools: Contribute to the creation and implementation of effective sales and marketing tools. You’ll play a key role in developing product books that showcase our offerings to clients.
Sustainability Initiatives and Research: Get involved in our eco-friendly projects and lead forward a sustainability initiative. Additionally, be a part of research projects and market share studies to gather insights for informed business decisions.
Working with the Marketing Team
Event Management Support: Assist in organising and coordinating trade shows and boat shows. Your involvement in event management will play a crucial role in showcasing our products and services to potential clients and industry stakeholders.
Press/PR Support: Assist with press releases, media outreach, and public relations efforts to enhance our company’s visibility and reputation in the market.
Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Support our online marketing efforts through social media management, email campaigns, SEO strategies, and content creation. Facilitate the creation of technical and informative articles that highlight our expertise and drive thought leadership.
